Membership Terms & Community Agreement · Last Updated: [Date]
Welcome to Itsuki Society. Itsuki is a private membership community for women 35+, created by Raluca Harabagiu and Iulia Stănescu around meaningful connection, curiosity, shared experiences and discovering new possibilities. These Membership Terms & Community Agreement explain what membership includes, how the community works, and the responsibilities that come with being part of Itsuki. By purchasing or accepting an Itsuki membership, you agree to these terms and to the Itsuki Community Code.
1. What membership includes
Depending on the membership plan you choose, Itsuki may provide access to some or all of the following: the Itsuki member community; member-only conversations and spaces; curated events and gatherings; talks, workshops and experiences; access to selected guest experts and contributors; editorial content, recommendations and resources; member introductions and connection opportunities; special offers or experiences from selected partners; and other benefits communicated as part of your membership plan.
The specific benefits included in each membership are described at the time of joining. Itsuki may evolve its programme, events, resources, partners and member benefits over time. Membership provides access to the Itsuki experience. It does not guarantee a particular number of introductions, invitations, collaborations, business opportunities, friendships, professional outcomes or other personal results.
2. Itsuki is a curated community
Membership is subject to application and approval, where applicable, and is personal to the approved member. We reserve the right to decline an application or to suspend or terminate a membership where we believe this is necessary to protect the trust, safety, integrity or overall experience of the community. Membership cannot be transferred, sold, shared or used by another person.
3. The community
Members are expected to: treat other members, guests, partners and the Itsuki team with respect; respect different opinions, experiences, backgrounds and ways of living; participate honestly and in good faith; respect personal boundaries and people's time; avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation or deliberately harmful behaviour; avoid using Itsuki primarily for unsolicited selling, recruitment or self-promotion; and respect the Itsuki Community Code.
There is no expectation that every woman will participate in the same way.
4. Confidentiality & trust
Members agree not to share outside the community personal stories, private conversations, contact details, screenshots or other information that another member has shared in confidence. Members may not record, photograph, publish or distribute private community conversations or gatherings without permission. Itsuki cannot guarantee that another member will always respect these expectations — members should use their own judgment when deciding what personal information to share. Where a serious concern involving safety or legal obligations arises, Itsuki may take appropriate action or disclose information where required by law.
5. Connections & introductions
An introduction does not guarantee that a relationship, friendship, collaboration or business opportunity will follow. Members are responsible for their own interactions and relationships with other members. Please respect another member's decision not to continue a conversation, introduction or relationship.
6. Experts, contributors & partners
Their opinions, advice and services belong to them and are not necessarily the views of Itsuki or its founders. Itsuki does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability or outcome of information or services provided by an independent contributor. Itsuki is not a medical, psychological, legal or financial advisory service.
7. Content & member resources
Materials are provided for your personal use as an Itsuki member. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, resell, commercially exploit or share member-only materials outside the community without permission. All intellectual property remains with its respective owner.
8. Events & recordings
Where events are photographed, filmed or recorded, we will provide appropriate notice and, where required, obtain the relevant consent. Private conversations and member-only confidential discussions will not be recorded without appropriate notice and consent.
9. Membership fees & payment
By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay the applicable membership fee and any applicable taxes or charges. Where membership renews automatically, the renewal terms and price will be communicated before or at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, membership fees are non-refundable. If a payment fails or remains unpaid, Itsuki may suspend access until payment is received.
10. Cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on the membership plan you have purchased and will be communicated at the time of joining. Cancellation of a membership does not normally entitle you to a refund for a period that has already begun, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the membership terms.
11. Suspension or termination
Itsuki may suspend or terminate a membership where a member seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms or the Community Code; breaches another member's privacy or confidentiality; harasses, threatens or deliberately harms another person; misuses member information or community access; uses Itsuki for inappropriate commercial activity; provides materially false information; fails to meet payment obligations; or engages in conduct that materially compromises the trust, safety or integrity of the community.
12. Your own decisions & responsibility
Any decision you make based on a conversation, recommendation, resource, introduction, event or expert contribution is your own decision. Itsuki does not guarantee personal, professional, financial, health, relationship or other outcomes from membership.
13. Our responsibility
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the membership benefits described at the time of purchase and to maintain a respectful and valuable community. We are not responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control or for the independent actions, advice, services or conduct of members, experts, partners or other third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Privacy
Itsuki's collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Where a change materially affects your membership or your rights, we will provide appropriate notice. The current version will always be made available on the Itsuki website.
16. Acceptance
By purchasing or accepting an Itsuki membership, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Membership Terms & Community Agreement and the Itsuki Community Code. Itsuki is intentionally curated. We are not trying to create a community where every woman is the same. We are creating a circle where different women, different experiences and different chapters of life can meet with curiosity, generosity and respect.
