We believe in the chapters
still waiting to be discovered.

Keep asking.
Keep asking questions, even when we believe we already know the answers.
Keep moving forward.
Changing direction does not mean starting from scratch. It means moving forward with everything you have already learned.
Create conversation.
The conversations that transform us often begin when we stop trying to have everything figured out.
Broaden your perspective.
Art, ideas and experiences can change the way we see our own lives.
A space for the woman you are becoming now.
Itsuki Society is a private cultural society for women over 35 navigating periods of reinvention, redefinition and conscious evolution.
We bring together community, content, learning and experiences within one ecosystem, supporting a stage of life that deserves to be explored with depth, curiosity and freedom.
There are chapters that don't need an answer. They need space.
The Fifth Season begins with a simple idea: there are moments when we are no longer who we once were, yet we are still discovering who we want to become.
It's not about going back.
It's about looking ahead
with everything you already know.
A company built on experience.
Itsuki Society was founded in 2026 by Iulia Stănescu and Raluca Harabagiu, professionals with over 18 years of experience in communication, strategy, marketing, and storytelling. Itsuki stems from a shared conviction: that life after 35 need not be viewed as a closing chapter, but rather as an opportunity to ask ourselves once again what we want, who we are, and what we wish to build.
Change the way we understand this stage of life.
We do not believe in universal formulas for reinventing oneself.
We believe in the right questions, in conversations that open up possibilities, and in a community capable of supporting diverse paths.
“For a long time, I felt like I was moving forward without asking myself where I was going. Itsuki gave me a space to pause, reflect and listen to myself again. I wasn’t looking to start from scratch, but to find a different way of moving forward.”

“What I value most about Itsuki is feeling that I can talk about what truly matters to me. Without having to prove anything. Some conversations arrive at exactly the right moment and make you look at your life from a different perspective.”

“At 50, I thought I already had a fairly clear idea of who I was. Then I realised that perhaps the question wasn’t who I had been, but who I wanted to be now. Itsuki gave me the space to ask myself that question without rushing, and without ready-made answers.”
